Client Cannot Display Video

Problem |
When trying to access devices such as Camera on the Video screen:

Cause#1 |
Need to check the VMS server if all services are up and running:
|
|
Solution#1 |
If none of them are running just right click and click start. |
|
Solution#2 |
After services are back online log out and log back into the client on video screen you should have all camera and images should work just fine:
