Problem#1

When trying to open client user get following error:

“License is not available” 

Cause#1

Vega Prime map license is not valid / expired, or service is down

Solution#1

Check map license is valid using Presagis license tool:
C:\Presagis\flexlmCRO

if license is not valid, contact cityshob support team

Problem#1

Client is starting without MAP. In USAP screen map loading stuck in 0%

Cause#1

The ACF file is not exist or not pointing to map folder

Solution#1

1. Verify Map_VP5.acf exist in folder C:\C-Insight\Application\Acf

4. Double click on file and play the map in Vega Prime Player:

If the map still not open, verify map folder configured ACF file is exist on client
Open the ACF file in text editor and go to the end of the file:
