Problem#1

When trying to access Reports in Client and get the following error:

Cause#1

The user under the Organization has no access to reports – need to grant permission for it.

Solution#1

Log in as “TenantAdmin” and add permission to any reports you need your organization to have access.

Solution#2

After granted permission login with your user and you will have access to reports:

Solution#3

Check if all Elastic Search services are up and running in all 5 servers:

• sudo systemctl status elasticsearch.service

if service is down run this command:

• sudo systemctl start elasticsearch.service

wait until service is up and check again the status.
